Unbroker Pty Ltd is a provider of execution-only services for the sale of listed securities. We operate under a Corporate Authorised Representative arrangement:

Unbroker is authorised to provide financial services on behalf of the Licensee listed above. This means we are not independently licensed; instead, we are appointed and supervised by the Licensee under their AFSL.

We are not licensed to provide personal advice and do not take your personal objectives, financial situation, or needs into account.

3. Our Services

Unbroker offers execution-only services to facilitate the one-off sale of issuer-sponsored and other listed shareholdings. Specifically, we:

      • Act on instructions you provide via our website to sell shares registered in your name
      • Operate on a non-advisory, execution-only basis
      • Do not recommend, advise, or promote particular financial products

We do not provide:

      • Personal or general financial advice
      • Investment strategy guidance
      • Portfolio reviews or comparisons

4. How to Use Our Services

To use Unbroker’s services, you must complete the online form at unbroker.com.au, provide the required identification and documentation, and authorise Unbroker to sell your shares. We will:

      • Verify the information provided
      • Transfer the shares into an account controlled by Unbroker
      • Sell the shares on-market
      • Disburse proceeds to your nominated bank account, net of fees, typically within two business days of settlement

We rely entirely on the information you provide and do not verify your financial circumstances or goals.

5. Costs and Remuneration

Unbroker charges transaction fees which may vary based on the shareholding structure and service level selected. All current fees are clearly disclosed at unbroker.com.au/pricing.

Unbroker may pay referral fees or commissions to third-party referrers (e.g. accountants, solicitors, or financial professionals). These arrangements do not affect the fees you pay to us. If you were referred to us by a third party, you may wish to ask them about any potential benefit they receive.

6. Associations and Conflicts of Interest

Unbroker does not have any ownership links or associations with product issuers or market participants that would influence the services we provide. We may have commercial arrangements with registries, referrers, and technology providers.

Unbroker will always act on your instructions and in accordance with its execution-only mandate.

7. Compensation Arrangements

Unbroker holds Professional Indemnity Insurance that satisfies the requirements of section 912B of the Corporations Act 2001. This covers claims made against us by clients for financial services provided under our authorisation.

8. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is collected, stored, and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We use your data only to process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and operate our platform. We do not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
